| VIS Monthly Sales Report of September 2020 |

Hsinchu, Taiwan, October 8, 2020 ¡V Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation today announced its consolidated net sales of NT$ 2,850 million for September 2020, representing a 21.82 % increase from NT$ 2,340 million of the same month last year. For the period from January to September 2020, accumulated net sales totaled NT$24,414 million.
¡§Due to the increase of wafer shipment, net sales of September increased around 2.38 % compared with NT$ 2,784 million in previous month,¡¨ said Amanda Huang, Chief Financial Officer of VIS. ¡§As for the accumulated net sales from January to September 2020, it increased around 16.53 % compared with NT$ 20,952 million for the same period last year.¡¨
